Paul Kelley is a business broker of the well-known Synesis Advisors business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in CA and nearest regions. As cofounder of Synesis Advisors, Paul brings considerable experience gained over the last decade working as a fiduciary for main street business owners and providing lower-middle market M&A services. Whether working with main street business owners, strategic buyers, or large private equity groups, Paul prides himself on understanding his clients’ needs, which enables him to bring them their desired solutions. Paul’s diverse business background prior to becoming a business intermediary includes positions as general manager, partner, and president in industries as broad and diverse as hospitality, marketing, advertising, and market research. He was an integral part of building an advertising company that went from inception to being sold for $11.5 million in only six years. That was followed by the success of a second advertising company that he individually owned, built, and sold within four years. These experiences of sitting on the other side of the tables offer a unique perspective, empathy, and understanding of the challenges his clients face. Paul is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and sits on a non-profit board SEED (Supporting Early Childhood Education & Development). Paul has called San Francisco home since 1988, where he lives with his wife and young daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, surfing, skiing, and traveling with his family.
