She started from engineering during her college education, and eventually found her passion in businesses and entrepreneurship. She is a driven professional woman and mother. She has a dream to inspire more and more women in entrepreneurship to achieve their best in career and life! Tina has an MBA in Finance, Management and Entrepreneurship from University of Chicago. After obtaining her BS in Electronics from Fudan University in Shanghai, China in 2006, she came to the United States to pursue master study in Industrial Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology. Before joining Sunbelt, she had good amount of global experience working for multinational corporations in the industrial and health care sectors. She started her career with Cummins in Indiana as a supply chain associate in the rotational program, during which she conducted internal consulting to various business departments globally to solve their most challenging problems. From there, she continued gaining more experience in forecasting, planning and purchasing as well as obtained her MBA. After MBA, she joined UBS as an Associate Director in buy-side equity research. During her tenure she worked on company valuations and strategic analysis. She met with company management teams during the roadshows for Q&A sessions regarding their exit strategy. Tina is a professionally licensed Business Transfer Specialist. She has abundant knowledge in local, national and global economies. She writes blogs on business brokerage, mergers & acquisitions, investment opportunities, cross-boarder transactions, industry trends and so on. Her strength is in valuation, marketing and negotiation. She has developed a wide network of business owners, investors and aspiring immigrants. It is her goal to assist others in their American dreams, for example, by helping them exit or establish/expand ventures in the United States. She is accomplishing this by offering services with the highest integrity and professionalism. Tina resides in Irvine, CA with her husband Roger and daughter Carolyn. She speaks mandarin Chinese and is an avid fan of yoga, hiking, cultural festivals and beach.
