Randall's real estate career over the last 13 years has been focused on sales and leasing for commercial and residential assets, i.e., multi-family properties, strip malls, office buildings, industrial properties and land/site development while with the same broker. Services include due diligence, consulting, financial recasting, asset valuations, asset purchase agreements for bulk sales, stock sales, and leaseholds. Site Development for National and Regional Franchisers and Ground Up build outs on several Class A centers and Office Buildings. Prior working Experience was in CEO and Managing Partner capacities in a DAX Publicly traded company with International Sales volume over 2.2 B annually & Military service over 16 years active and reserve. Education: U.S.A.F. / University of Maryland, College Park, MD. and Big Bend College, Washington State.
