Ed Keller is a business broker of the well-known Keller & D'Agostini Real Estate business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in CA and nearest regions. I am a Northern California native who was reared in the Bay Area and graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton. My roots in El Dorado County goes back to 1951. My real estate career started in Walnut Creek in 1972 prior to moving to and buying the real estate office in El Dorado County in 1979. I have consistently been a "Top Achiever" with the El Dorado Board of Realtors , and have a Certified Residential Broker, "CBR"designation. During my 38 years as an agent and then a broker I have personally handled or overseen some 3500 + escrow closings which have given me a tremendous amount of insight into all aspects of the listing and the selling of rural property. I have been involved with single family, small and large acreages, horse properties, ranches, residential lots, river front properties and more recently a lot of Wineries and Vineyards. My career has allowed me to be a part of the development of several subdivisions as well as parcel maps and other complicated easement and boundary line problems. My experience as well as my additional commercial and business opportunity education courses have led to the successful closing of numerous commercial , agri business and multi unit residential transactions. Over the years I have handled countless exchanges , complicated financing packages and business opportunity escrows. With the growth of the wineries and vineyards in this area [ the New Napa] I decided to attend several classes at UC Davis on various subjects of vineyard and winery development. This education along with practical on the job training and experience allowed me to handle numerous winery and vineyard sales - the largest of which was a $ 5.6 million dollar sale in 2006. The bottom line is I am fully qualified to assist you in any aspect of real estate.
