Kevin Gordon is a business broker of the well-known Gordon Commercial Real Estate Services business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in CA and nearest regions. Kevin joined Gordon Commercial in 2010, fresh from nine years in management at Pixar Animation Studios. Kevin has a comprehensive background in real estate, gained though his support of family property holdings, apartment renovations, construction management, and property management. Kevin approaches transactions with patience and creativity, skills that he attributes to his training at Pixar and various team related experiences. The transition to working in real estate has been exciting for Kevin and he enjoys putting his background in project management and leadership, including strong communication, organization and planning skills, to work on behalf of clients. Kevin is active in the Berkeley community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Telegraph Avenue Business Improvement District. Kevin has an aptitude for learning quickly as exhibited by the many lease and sale transactions he has closed. While Kevin has a knack for restaurant deals, his experience is broad and includes sales of multi-family, retail, mixed-use, office buildings, and commercial condo properties, and leasing of retail, office and industrial spaces. Kevin is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Alameda where he now resides with his wife, Megan, and three adorable daughters, Malia, Kai, and Ruby.
