Confidential Business Intermediaries as formed by Carl Grimes in 1994 in Northwest Arkansas with the goal of helping business owners right here in the mid-south. Over the years the company has grown to have 3 affiliate offices; Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas, and us, the Fort Smith and River Valley office serving Eastern Oklahoma, Western Arkansas, and the Russellville River Valley region. Our process has been tried and proven over the last 20+ years. Mark lives in Fort Smith and is married to Michelle. They have 2 sons and 1 daughter.
