In 2004, I was trained by one of the best in Arizona, Lerrin LaGrow. He trained most of his competitors who are now top brokers in town. Business that I sold over the years included: glass glazing mfr, rebar mfr, salons, restaurants, neighborhood bars, service and retail industry. My focus is currently in manufacturing and construction related markets. A leasehold agreement, transfer or real property sale will be a part of 98% of the business brokerage deals in Arizona. In 2008, I added commercial brokerage to my experience and have been leasing and brokering sales in retail, manufacturing and industrial real estate. My skills negotiating leases and real property purchase contracts gives my brokerage a tremendous advantage over the majority of business brokers in Arizona.
