Brad Baker is a business broker of the well-known Mossy Oak Properties Of Alaska business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in AK and nearest regions. I specialize in business sales and acquisitions for our Mossy Oak clients. My background in establishing small businesses and the processes of ownership gives me the ability to leverage my experience and knowledge to help our clients find the right commercial enterprise. After graduating from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Real Estate, my entrepreneurial drive prompted me to open the first of many businesses starting at the young age of 24. Over the span of twenty years, my passion for starting new businesses inspired me to purchase and subsequently own five loan companies and seven restaurant franchises in two states. As owner and operator of these small businesses, I managed projects, was involved in location proposal and land acquisition, profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and marketing. This experience enables me to educate our clients to make the best decisions possible. Armed with prime market insight and information, I believe it is my duty to represent our clients’ needs to the very best of my ability. As a teenager, I lived in Anchorage with parents and siblings and developed strong ties to Alaska. During this time, we had many memorable outdoor adventures and soon our family purchased their own piece of Alaskan wilderness. Both my family and I currently own remote land and cabins in south-central Alaska that have provided over thirty years of enjoyment to family and friends. Following my dream of returning, I moved my own family, a wife and two children, to beautiful Alaska in 2015.
