Michael Querard is a Dallas business broker of the well-known Generational Equity business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Dallas, TX and nearest regions. Mr.Querard has been involved with mergers and acquisitions for over two decades, working with diverse businesses across a wide range of industries. At the beginning of his career, Mr. Querard worked as an attorney focused on international transactions. Desiring to be closer to actual deals, he left the practice of law for the world of finance. Mr. Querard has worked with both smaller private companies and large Fortune 500 public companies; with both domestic and foreign companies (he lived and worked in Europe for three years); with both strategic and financial buyers. For the last ten years, Mr. Querard has focused exclusively on the middle market, working with business owners and investors across the country to maximize the value of their deals. Drawing on his extensive knowledge of the mergers-and-acquisitions process, Mr. Querard offers insightful direction to business owners looking for an exit strategy, growth capital or a structured process designed to maximize their value. He received degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines and his J.D. from Georgetown University.
