Mike Mauger is a business broker of the well-known Vr Business Brokers business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in FL and nearest regions. Michael D. Mauger has over 20 years of executive financial management experience, the last seven of which have been spent at Florida based Commercial brokerage firms, Mike now focuses on buying and selling businesses and business real estate in Florida for the McGrath Business Group, Prior to that, Michael served as CFO of McCracken FInancial Services, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Mortgage (now known as Capmark Finance Inc.). McCracken is a global financial services and software company providing commercial mortgage, loan, and leasing software and services to money center banks, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, and government agencies. EnableUs serviced over $600 billion in commercial loans and had a market share of 80% in its space. Michael received a Bachelor of Science Degree (Magna cum Laude) in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, and an M.B.A. in Finance (top 10% of class) from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Mauger is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, and has owned investment real estate since 1989 in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Florida. In addition to his college and post graduate degrees, Mauger has taken courses in Real Estate Finance, and has obtained both his New Hampshire and Florida Real estate licenses.
