Ken Khan is a business broker of the well-known Century 21 Business Team business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in CA and nearest regions. Prior to founding the Business Brokerage Division at Century 21 Real Estate Alliance, I was an advisor and top producer at several other Business Brokerage firms in the bayarea. Since 1998 I have successfully closed transactions in Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Distribution industries all over Northern california. I have represented businesses with sales in excess of 30 Million dollars. I have also owned and managed several small and medium size businesses in retail industry in SF and eastbay. My experience as a business owner combined with over 18yrs in the business brokerage have well-equipped me to deal with all the challenges involved with buying and selling businesses, from negotiating contracts to navigating financing to getting franchisor approvals to securing lease renewals and assignments.
