Kathy is a true entrepreneur, an international broker/real estate agent/life and business coach who has worked all over the world including Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America and brings to you the buyer and seller a wealth of experience and wisdom to support you on your journey whether that is selling or buying a business. While in the USA, Kathy was chosen and accepted in the "Who's Who" of American Entrepreneurs, the National Association of Realtors for "Excellence in Property Management" and was selected by one of the largest development companies in Miami to head their operations in Hong Kong. She also won an 80 million dollar contract to take Real Estate and Stock Broking training to Vietnam. Prior to going to the USA , Kathy was one of the first women in Real Estate in Perth Western Australia, one of the first women to own a real estate franchisee and founded Perth's first Real Estate and Settlement Personnel Agency, she also the first person to start a "Real Estate Recruitment" agency in Perth Western Australia. For many years Kathy owned the top performing real estate office for Mair & Co and had the best sales professionals in the industry. She was also chosen as a Leading Partner for the Property Council of Australia. In 2005, Kathy went to the United Arab Emirates to seek out opportunities and to experience the challenge of a rapidly expanding and emerging real estate market. During that time she contracted to private real estate companies and was later employed as the Director of Sales to set up a new real estate division for a new semi government organization in Ras Al Khaimah. In 2013 Kathy relocated to the USA and has worked across California, Phoenix and Texas supporting owners of many different businesses.
