Kevin Dover started his adventures out of high school as a Marine and then serving his community as a Police Officer for seven years. Since leaving law enforcement Kevin has been an entrepreneur owning a franchise staffing agency and a from scratch commercial collections office. Kevin’s corporate experience includes: mechanical design, engineering applications trainer, consultant to global enterprise size companies for product data management, product lifecycle management and change management. Most recently Kevin has spent the last seven years in aerospace as a technical trainer and in continuous improvement. Kevin has earned a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) through the Association of Talent and Development (ATD). Kevin attended Oklahoma State University and Amberton University.
