Scott Schoner is a business broker of the well-known Tri State Business Authority business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in NJ and nearest regions. My formal education includes a BA from Gettysburg College, and an MBA from Rutgers University. But it is not degrees alone that qualify me to represent you in a business sale transaction. I have extensive experience in starting, buying, and selling businesses. As a business owner from the age of 25, I have experience operating both independent and franchised businesses. I understand the transaction from the perspective of both the buyer and the seller. Understanding what buyers require allows me to market your business discretely, yet effectively. There are many people in this field that call themselves "business brokers", but don't have the experience to properly understand what is needed to see the transaction through to completion. As a licensed NJ Real Estate Salesperson, I am able to market and negotiate the sale of real estate in cases where the business also owns buildings. In instances where lease transfers are involved, I am qualified to work with the landlord to assure a smooth transition.
