Charles Terry is a Chesapeake business broker of the well-known Sunbelt - Hampton Roads business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Chesapeake, VA and nearest regions. A graduate of the University of Virginia with a Bachelors Degree in Economics, and resident of Hampton Roads for over fifty years, Charlie Terry has owned and managed local manufacturing, distribution and service based companies. Under his guidance, U.S. Flag & Signal Company became the 11th largest USA manufacturer of flags. He was President of Virginia Heating Distributors which supplied residential and commercial heating and air conditioning equipment from a Norfolk base. Charlie has extensive experience in sales and marketing with Pfizer Laboratories for which he became Regional Federal Sales Manager. As a sales representative for The Virginian- Pilot/Ledger-Star and Military Newspapers of Virginia, he gained keen insight into the regional and military markets. This served him and his clients well when he became an Associate Broker with the Venture Group of Norfolk where he structured business mergers and acquisitions in the eighties. As the Associate Director of Talent Connection, Inc., a Theatrical agency representing actors in the Mid-Atlantic Charlie utilized his business Management experience to assist the growth of the company to become one of the largest on the East Coast. He has also served as Associate Director of Terry Unlimited in business consulting and continues a fifteen-year engagement as a Teaching Associate at Eastern Virginia Medical School, teaching and assessing communication skills of medical students, residents and practicing physicians. Charlie has joined forces with SUNBELT and looks forward to bringing his energetic, intuitive nature and negotiating skills to the table with wide-ranging SUNBELT clients.
