Kevin Hawkins is a Provo business broker of the well-known Murphy Business&Financial Corporation business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Provo, UT and nearest regions. Mr. Hawkins graduated from Brigham Young University in December of 1976 with a degree in accounting. Upon graduation, Mr. Hawkins joined the international accounting firm of Arthur Anderson & Co (Los Angeles Office), assigned to the Real Estate Team. Since leaving Arthur Anderson & Co in 1978, Mr. Hawkins has founded, operated and sold numerous businesses in the restaurant, hospitality, retail and professional services industries.Mr. Hawkins has also been actively involved in developing real estate throughout his career. His experience includes the development of high-end specialty retail, neighborhood commercial shopping centers, Power Centers, Office Buildings, Multifamily projects, Mixed Use projects, and single family planned unit developments. Mr. Hawkins has been involved in every aspect of the development process including ;site selection, acquisitions, planning, zoning and entitlements, finance, leasing, construction, property management and sales. Mr. Hawkins has been the director of development and partner in over 80 projects thus far in his career in Florida, California, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado with an aggregate retail value in excess of $800 million. ;Mr. Hawkins has taken a special interest in consulting with and helping small business owners grow their businesses and assist them in site selection. In addition to being a CPA, Mr. Hawkins is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Utah, and Colorado.
