Edward Gray is a Dallas business broker of the well-known Generational Equity business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Dallas, TX and nearest regions. E.J. Gray serves as Vice President for Generational Equity’s in-house deal making team representing private business owners located throughout the U.S. and Canada. In that capacity, he works directly with private middle-market business owners and buyers in developing and executing exit strategies throughout the entire M&A process.As Vice President in the Southeast U.S. region, Mr. Gray is responsible for supporting an experienced team of M&A Analysts by preparing marketing materials, creating and managing dialog between clients and prospective buyers, as well as leading the marketing and due diligence processes to facilitate deal closings. Prior to this role, Mr. Gray served as a Senior Valuation Associate at Generational Equity for three years and evaluated more than 100 businesses, as well as prepared marketing materials for more than 200 private companies.Prior to joining Generational Equity, Mr. Gray served as an investment analyst for a private equity fund targeting real estate development projects with an emphasis in the healthcare market. Prior to that position, Mr. Gray held a financial analyst role at a large commercial real estate appraisal firm in Dallas, Texas, and a credit analyst position for a large regional bank in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Mr. Gray holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate Finance and a B.S. in Economics with Financial Applications from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, Mr. Gray holds an M.S. in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
