Case is a Principal and Managing Director of ACT Consultants, Inc., in Mercer Island, WA. Mr. Case joined Generational Equity in 2005 as a trusted Affiliate Partner and Senior M&A Advisor. An original founder of ACT Consultants/ACT Capital Advisors, Mr. Case also spent several years as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for a large nationally recognized M&A firm in the Northwest United States. He holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in Washington State and a Principal Broker’s license in Oregon. Mr. Case has over 30 years of experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and advising middle-market clients. He has successfully concluded over 100 transactions in many different industries, including many niche companies. Prior to his merger and acquisitions career, he acquired, managed and divested businesses as a principal and managing director of a boutique private equity group. Mr. Case is a veteran, achieving the rank of Captain in the US Army Signal Corps. He earned his BS degree from Louisiana State University with MBA studies in Finance and Accounting at LSU, Northeastern University, Boston and Seattle University. Mr. Case lives with his wife in Bellevue, WA.
