Cole Preston has over 11 years experience representing closely held companies and high net worth individuals for mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, deal structuring, and business valuations. Prior to joining Generational Equity, Cole worked with boutique investment banks in Northern California and two of the largest middle-market investment banks in the United States. There he had the opportunity to close many successful transactions and work closely with over 1,000 business owners. 'My goal is to exceed my client’s expectations.
