Jim Pringle is a Austin business broker of the well-known Capitol Business Advisors business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Austin, TX and nearest regions. Mr. Pringle is a native of the Austin area and has created, owned and operated businesses in several industries. The most well known is "The Austin Shirt Company", a business he started out of the trunk of his car in 1989 and grew to over $4 million in sales, when it was sold to a larger corporation in the same industry. Mr. Pringle also has extensive experience in residential general contracting, business-to-business sales, franchise consulting, and franchise ownership. Mr. Pringle draws from his first-hand experience as a buyer and a seller when negotiating purchase agreements, and has keen insight into the nuances of transaction process and what it takes to get to the closing table. Having been on "both ends" of the deal he believes in the value of a broker who earns the trust and confidence of both the seller and the buyer, and is committed to helping each accomplish their goals in the process. He and his daughter make their home in Round Rock, the well-known headquarters of Dell Computers, just outside Austin.
