Lyn O’Neal has 30 years of Business, Financial and Management experience and is a third generation entrepreneur and small business owner. Lyn started her career in banking, as a Financial Analyst with the primary responsibility of the corporate budget for a $1B Savings Bank in Central PA. After earning her MBA from Wake Forest University and working for an international accounting and consulting firm in Tampa, Lyn returned to PA to work in the family business, specializing in the acquisition and tax-exempt bond financing of Long Term Care facilities. After the successful acquisition of 20 facilities in 4 states with an accumulated financing price of +$100m, Lyn purchased her own small business with the acquisition of an Art Gallery in 2009, affording her direct experience in the everyday aspects of business ownership, satisfying clients, representing artists as well as the economic aspects of financial, marketing and inventory management. Lyn is a PA licensed Realtor and is experienced in buying, selling, leasing and investing in commercial and residential property. During these years, Lyn was an adjunct Lecturer of Business at a local college, served as a Church Treasurer for 15 years, produced and hosted a radio show and has been active in her community serving on several boards, and fundraising/volunteering for several non-profit organizations. A native of Central Pennsylvania, Lyn resides in Carlisle, PA. She is an artist and enjoys her pets, church, art, family and home.
