Kevin is an M&A executive with over 35 years’ experience advising and operating businesses, providing clients support in strategy, diligence and post-merger integration. His practice focuses on sell side transactions ranging from $3-25mm in revenue. In addition, the practice provides certified valuation services to price businesses for sale, partner disputes, buy/sell agreements and litigation support. The practice also provides strategy and operations consulting services for client’s pre-and post-transaction. Previously, Kevin led the turnaround of systems integration firm as CEO. The company was a Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe portfolio company. He developed and executed a strategic plan which changed the company’s risk profile, cost structure and price points through a focus on vertical markets, client delivery and outsourcing. Kevin also served as a CEO for a third-party software development company as CEO. The company was an ABS Capital portfolio company. At that company, Kevin transformed the company to a professional services firm and grew revenue 115% over an 18-month period. Prior to serving in CEO roles Kevin was an Officer and partner at AT Kearney, a global management consulting firm where he co-led the mid-Atlantic and Northeast region. Before AT Kearney, Kevin was a senior partner at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting (PWC) where he led both the Financial Management and Business Transformation practices. Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Merger & Acquisition Intermediary (CMAI).
