Jim Gleason is a Indianapolis business broker of the well-known Sunbelt - Indianapolis business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Indianapolis, IN and nearest regions. Jim Gleason has over 30 years combined experience in the corporate, counseling, and consulting worlds. As a Certified Business Coach (CBC) he has worked with the owners of small to medium sized business in helping them solve problems, set and achieve goals, and grow their businesses to the next level. Jim was also the Agency Principal/Owner of the JMG Agency, an Allstate Insurance Agency, which he subsequently sold. As a franchise broker Jim has also assisted entrepreneurs in identifying the right franchise to meet their goals and guided them through the process to franchise business ownership. Jim's combined experiences of working closely with business owners to grow their businesses, selling his own insurance agency, and guiding people through the process of franchise business ownership gives Jim a unique perspective in his career as a Business Advisor (Broker) with Indiana Business Advisors. He looks forward to providing opportunities and strategic direction to entrepreneurs to sell or own their own businesses.Jim has a BS in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He has a Master's degree in counseling from Butler University. Jim is a Certified Business Coach, the Executive Coach for the Hoosier Leadership Series, and served as a SCORE mentor. He is a former board member of the Indiana CBMC, past Sunday School Superintendent and board member of Eagle Creek Grace Brethren Church, a former board member of the Exchange Club of Speedway, was adjunct faculty of Indiana Wesleyan University, and past board member of Association of Career Management Professionals. Jim was also a regular contributing author to the Christian Professional Magazine.
