Jim Beecham is a Daphne business broker of the well-known Sunbelt Business brokers brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Daphne, AL and nearest regions. Senior business broker Dr. Jim Beecham has a unique business background. While still in college Jim started a direct sales company that successfully employed fellow students. After college he pursued a career in medicine and later entered the Navy as a physician and flight surgeon. In the military his interest in business over time led him into several senior executive leadership positions. While director of one large overseas organization, he led and managed over 200 civilian and military employees. He negotiated multiple contracts, grants and memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with international organizations including Ministries of Health, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Gates Foundation, universities and pharmaceutical companies. Since retiring from a successful 40 year medical career– that included over 22 years as a US Naval Officer—Jim redirected his energies and business knowledge into business brokerage. He greatly enjoys the process of helping owners sell their business, as well as helping buyers acquire a cash producing business. He also has a special interest in assisting and educating military veterans on how to become a business owner. Jim is an Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) and licensed to practice real estate and business brokerage in Florida.
