David Denton is a New Haven business broker of the well-known Woodbridge International business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in New Haven, CT and nearest regions. Based in São Paulo, David began his career working for a financial boutique in London and later moved to Banco Real de Investimento (Banco Real Group) where he was responsible for structuring over $1 billion in debt transactions. He then joined Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance and worked on M&A, financial advisory and privatization assignments. He later worked for RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) where he was responsible for originating and structuring Management Buyouts and Buy-ins, corporate acquisitions, development finance, and other leveraged transactions. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Hons) degree and an MBA from the University of Bath in the U.K.
