Kevin is a business advisor and Vice President of Seapoint Business Advisors. He has expertise in the sale and purchase of businesses across a broad set of industries including health, wellness, manufacturing, entertainment, media and technology. Kevin has 20 years of experience across entrepreneurial and corporate roles with global firms including Technicolor and Arthur Andersen. Kevin previously founded Kinected, a consulting firm providing strategic and financial consulting services to middle-market health, wellness and technology clients. At Technicolor, Kevin spent 11 years serving in executive level roles across IT, Operations and M&A, where he helped close several acquisitions collectively valued at $500M and helped divest RCA, the iconic American technology brand. Prior to Technicolor, Kevin spent six years at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting leading strategy and technology engagements for middle-market manufacturing and entertainment firms. Kevin is licensed with the California Bureau of Real Estate, and has received his BA from UCLA and his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC.
