Terry Stidham is a Dallas business broker of the well-known Generational Equity business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Dallas, TX and nearest regions. Mr. Stidham has over 25years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization, business start up, and strategic growth and development execution. As Senior Managing Director, Mr. Stidham’s role is to analyze businesses and consult with their ownership team on exit strategies and the various phases of the mergers and acquisitions process. He initiates the selection and recommendation of those businesses to enter the M&A process with Generational Equity. Prior to joining Generational Equity, Mr. Stidham was a former New York Stock Exchange and National Association of Securities Dealers registered principal. He held leadership positions for entrepreneurial organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies, including State Street Corporation and MetLife Financial. Mr. Stidham speaks the language of both the seller and the buyer having vast experience working on both sides of the transaction. Specializing with middle market companies, he has been instrumental in aiding thousands of business owners prepare their businesses for eventual sale by teaching them how to maximize efficiencies in operations, leading to significant increases in cash flows and ultimately valuations realized. Mr. Stidham is a graduate from E. J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University. His published views on the M&A process, combined with an in-depth understanding of the constantly changing global capital markets environment are of key interest to business owners who are considering the ultimate disposition of their companies.
