Roger Dean is a Dallas business broker of the well-known Generational Equity business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Dallas, TX and nearest regions. Mr. Dean works directly with business owners who are exploring the sale of their companies. He is responsible for the review, analysis, and recommendation of those companies which will be selected to enter the M&A process with Generational Equity. His understanding of the mergers and acquisitions marketplace, combined with his experience in working with diverse businesses in a wide range of industries, provides Mr. Dean with a unique perspective. He has the insight and expertise to assist entrepreneurs in determining the most appropriate and profitable time to exit their companies. Mr. Dean brings to Generational Equity a comprehensive business background providing clients with the critical advice and recommendations essential for a successful business. During his tenure with Morgan Stanley he advised clients, institutional and high net worth families, on complex financial decisions which included private placements, IPO’s, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Clearly, Mr. Dean understands the challenges that business owners face in operating and growing their companies, as well as the issues involved in designing a successful exit strategy. Mr. Dean earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from North Dakota State University.
