Chad Comroe is a Dallas business broker of the well-known Generational Equity business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Dallas, TX and nearest regions. Mr. Comroe serves as Vice President at Generational Equity. In that capacity, he works directly with private middle market business owners in developing and executing exit strategies. For this role, he brings over 10 years of experience and knowledge of corporate valuation instruments, financial modeling and analysis, industry and economic research, risk and probability analytics, and M&A transaction expertise. Previously, Mr. Comroe served as an Analyst for a national business valuation firm with an emphasis on estate and tax planning. Prior to that position, he was the Interim CFO of a start-up consumer technology company in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Comroe served on the Valuation Team at Generational Equity from 2008 to 2012 where he consulted and valued over 300 private middle market companies. He earned his MBA from the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida, and his BSBA in Management with a concentration in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.
