Kiril Logvinoff joined SCA Partners in 2012 to focus on the valuation, negotiation and sale of privately-held middle market businesses. With 13 years of investment banking and asset management experience, Kiril specializes in advising clients in the planning and implementation of transition strategies tailored to their personal, business and financial objectives. Prior to joining SCA, Kiril was Managing Director at a boutique investment bank. Kiril has also been an Account Executive with MLKerns Capital and a Registered Investment Advisor at AIG Valic, where he created a multi-million dollar book of business. Kiril received his MBA from the University of Houston and his BA from The University of Texas in El Paso.
