The concept was very successful, and was expanded to cities of Newport Beach, Irvine, Huntington Beach, Tustin, and the areas of Lemon Heights and Coawan Heights. The publication rose to 150,000 booklets. He operated the company for 10 years , more important than the success of the advertising company, he gained the hands on experience of dealing with almost all kinds of businesses in many different industries. He has also experience in commercial and residential lending. He started buying and selling businesses for his friends long before he became an agent. Those who know him, say "he makes things happen". He went to school in Texas and Louisiana and moved to Southern California to continue his education in late 1977, and has been living here ever since. He resides in Irvine with his wife Flouria who has BA in Marketing from University of Laverne, and his younger son Mazyar, who is a Computer whiz and goes to Sage Hills HS in Newport Beach. His Older son Kamyar, has BA in communication from UC Santa Barbara.
