Michael Mogin is a San Ramon business broker of the well-known Abi Business Sales - Mergers & Acquisitions business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in San Ramon, CA and nearest regions. Mike has over 30 years experience in mergers and acquisitions of privately owned companies and has managed several hundred successful transactions, with primary emphasis on manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and business-to-business service companies. He also provides ancillary consulting services to M&A clients including business valuation, pre-sale preparation, strategic and financial planning and implementation, and organizational restructuring. Clients include publicly and privately owned companies, private equity groups, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Mike is qualified as an expert witness in business transactions and valuation in California Superior Court. He previously held management positions in finance and administration, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and turnarounds at Revlon, Pfizer, and CBS, and spent several years in economic, financial, and corporate development consulting. He has founded two small businesses. Mike was a founding member of the California Association of Business Brokers and has served as Secretary, Director, and chairman of several committees. He has been a Director of the Woodside School Foundation and Chairman of its Policy and Planning Committee and a member of the Advisory Board of Maverse, Inc. He is a member of the Bank of San Francisco’s Advisory Council and its subgroup Merger & Acquisition Advisory Council. Mike received a BA in economics from Johns Hopkins University and has done graduate work in economics and finance at American University and New York University.
