Scott Stubblefield brings 25 years of experience in the Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Real Estate to Sunbelt Business Brokers of Nashville. Throughout his career, he worked in a variety of senior positions with key Fortune 500 companies. Scott owned and operated a 10 acre Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) for 15 years giving him a unique understanding of business ownership process. He has developed a keen desire to always serve people. His goal as a business broker with Sunbelt Nashville is to help buyers and sellers reach their goals while making everyone involved with the transaction feel at ease throughout the process. Scott is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Real Estate Broker. Scott holds a BS in Environment,Health and Safety and from Murray State University. He and his wife and four boys have lived in Middle TN for 20 years.
