Patrick Archer is a Business Broker with Sunbelt Business Brokers of South Florida and a licensed Florida real estate broker. Patrick has over twenty years of public and private sector experience in commercial banking, construction, e-commerce, government relations, marketing, and real estate development. His broad industry exposure and communication skills are assets when working with Florida business owners and qualified buyers, both domestic and international. Patrick is detail-oriented and understands the importance of client communication, buyer transparency, and seller confidentiality having served as Speechwriter for the Governor of Florida, the Chairman of the Florida Council of 100, and the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Portugal. Patrick received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Spanish from Washington and Lee University and a full merit scholarship to the University of Florida MBA Program. In addition to his native English, Patrick speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
