Robert Murphy is a New Haven business broker of the well-known Woodbridge International business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in New Haven, CT and nearest regions. As Senior Managing Partner, Bob works closely with Woodbridge’s investment bankers to ensure the successful completion of all transactions and deliver a high level of client service. Bob has worked on over 200 M&A mandates in distribution, manufacturing, business services and IT, including many complex cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Woodbridge in 2005, Bob was a founding principal of Elite Investment Group, an investment banking firm serving middle-market private companies, mainly in the business services sector. Earlier in his career, Bob was senior vice president at Butler International, Inc., a $450 million outsourcing company, where he spent over nine years in a variety of key management roles. While at Butler, Bob was responsible for all acquisitions, divestitures, strategic planning and other corporate development activities. Bob started his career at Ernst & Young where he earned his CPA designation. Bob is a graduate of SUNY Albany.
