Simin Mohit is a Chesapeake business broker of the well-known Sunbelt - Hampton Roads business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Chesapeake, VA and nearest regions. For the past 31 years, Simin Mohit has been a proud resident and active member of the Norfolk community. She has spent 20 of those years practicing as a registered nurse, maintaining superior records and providing excellent client/customer rapport. At Bon Secours Depaul Medical Center, Simin managed the Cardiac wellness and Rehabilitation department as well as having directed the "Mind Body" research program. Along with her in-depth medical and management experience, Simin brings to the table a strong understanding of business finances, having handled the books for a number of diverse family businesses. From operations to payroll to general accounting, Simin understands the intricacies of ownership.
