Mike has brokered several businesses transactions with value over $1MM. Mr. Zarinbaksh has the special ability to bring Buyers and Sellers together in the shortest possible time frame. His past experiences include President/CEO of a multi unit retail business & CFO of BMW Company. He systematized cost accounting for one of the largest wine manufacturing companies. He worked as a CEO and President of two multi unit corporations. He taught in the Department of Finance and Business law, College of Business, at Marshall University. His experience and knowledge of M&A and main street transactions is outstanding. He is a member of M&A Source, (a professional association that provides continuing education and industry networking to M&A intermediaries), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and Mid Atlantic Business Intermediaries Association, MABIA.
