Jagdish is a licensed California real estate agent with over 30 years of experience in business sales consulting and commercial real estate sales and leasing. He is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers and the International Business Brokers Association. Jagdish started his career as a civil and structural engineer, helping design and manage construction of buildings for his clients. He went on to set up his own business that focused on investment and property management of commercial and residential property and subsequently was involved in the sale and lease of a number of commercial properties as an agent. Prior to that, with his business partner wife, Jagdish operated five retail stores that they had started or purchased. Over time they divested from their retail stores. This entrepreneurial experience taught him what it takes to be a successful business owner. Jagdish earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Auckland, in New Zealand. He has been married for more than 30 years.
