Bill Anecelle is a business broker of the well-known Accounting Practice Sales business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in CO and nearest regions. With more than 30 years experience as a sole practitioner CPA I understand and can relate to what's going on in the thoughts of fellow CPAs considering the sale of their practice. As practitioners approach "normal retirement age" employees may be thinking about their job security and clients may be expressing concern about a successor financial professional to guide them through the complexities of the business and tax environment in which they must operate. Capitalizing on my background and ability to relate to these concerns, I work with practice owners to help navigate the road to a successful transition of their business to someone who shares their commitment to providing quality tax and accounting services to the firm's clients. I am in contact on a daily basis with sellers and buyers of CPA firms, Enrolled Agent practices and other accounting, tax and payroll service providers, thus able to maintain a good pulse of the market. I have helped many sellers and buyers obtain results that they didn't believe possible.
