Tom Thompson, Owner, has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and in retail management. He is former vice president of Thompson Food Basket, operator of 12 conventional and price-impact supermarkets in Illinois and Iowa. He was responsible for procurement, marketing and advertising. He holds a BSBA in Management Science and a MBA specialized in Finance, and has over twenty years of financial and executive management experience. For over 32 years he worked as an operations management executive as well as a field executive in marketing and sales. He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Central State University of Oklahoma and did post-graduate work at Georgia State University.
