Chip Alstrin is a ‘licensed and certified‘ business sales associate. He has been on both sides of buying and selling with his own business entities during the past 22 years in the home services industry. As a former business owner, he gained practical knowledge in the areas of: preparation of the annual financial budgets, handling of lease negotiations, vendor contracts and planning of the marketing budgets. His greatest achievement was taking the struggling California Closets franchise in Chicago and growing the revenues to over $5,000,000 dollars. While with California Closets, he served on various committees, received several awards for sales growth and excellence in customer service. In addition, he was the Executive Manager of an investment group that purchased a multi-tenant commercial property to expand into manufacturing for his company. Chip joined Sunbelt of San Diego Coast with the intention of fulfilling his passion of helping others in achieving their dreams and goals of owning a business to build wealth.
