Sutton, III is a successful C-Level and M&A executive. He brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate P&L and sales management, investment banking and corporate finance to assist clients with projects. Before joining Woodbridge, he was a commercial lender for Union Bank and an owner/partner with the roles of CFO, COO & EVP for several national businesses. Having been a principal or facilitator in over 100 transactions, Roy provides financial and operational advice to entrepreneurs and middle-market business owners on strategies to maximize their company’s value. Roy works primarily in manufacturing, distribution, business services and IT projects. Roy experience also includes entertainment, art, video and film. After attending the University of Southern California, Roy lived in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Sacramento, Boston and now lives in Jacksonville with his wife and two daughters.
