David Rose is a business broker of the well-known Sunbelt Business Brokers business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in LA and nearest regions. David is a CPA and graduate of McNeese State University. David also obtained his Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in investment analysis from McNeese. Since entering into business brokerage in 2007, David’s financial background and years of experience have helped clients in various types of transactions. Types of deals closed include tax free 1031 exchanges, hotel and hospitality, industrial and auto dealership assets. As an active investor himself, David personally understands investors’ needs and what it takes to close profitable deals. On a personal note, David loves traveling and spending time with, his wife, Connie and their two boys, Andrew and Nathan. David is an active member of Moss Bluff Bible Church where he teaches Sunday school, serves as Treasurer and works with the youth.
