Phyllis Moor is a Port Orange business broker of the well-known Florida Business Exchange business brokerage company who helps people sell their business in Port Orange, FL and nearest regions. Phyllis Moor, CCIM, GRI, Registered Real Estate Broker, and a member of the Business Brokers of Florida moved to Florida at 19 years old and bought her first business in St. Augustine, Gianni’s Italian Rest, which she owned and operated for 10 years. She then moved to the Tampa/St. Petersburg area where she bought a National Franchised Barter Company called ITEX, owning the Tampa Bay area. In both instances, she built the businesses from ground up. She developed hundreds of clients, with all different kinds of businesses that bartered their goods and services to fulfill the needs that they had within their companies. Continuing in the real estate business, both as an Investor and Corporate Executive for Fortune 500 companies, her responsibilities have been in Acquisition Leadership, Asset Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management, New Development, and Mergers, both nationally and regionally. She has managed over 200 on-going Tenant Improvement Projects from 5,000 SF to 500,000 SF while simultaneously managing 8M SF nationally of a $52B portfolio. Moving to the Jacksonville area in 2001 she began working for the Government as an Asset Manager. In 2008, she became a Business Broker Specialist at Sunbelt Business Brokers and now brings all her experience to Florida Business Exchange, both as an Executive Leader and a Business owner to her clients to help them achieve their goals and dreams for both buyers and sellers
