Ryan brings nearly twenty years of industry expertise in Distribution, Manufacturing, .com Fulfillment, and Healthcare Logistics. His expertise in these areas provides great insight into his client’s business operations and helping them find the right acquirer. He has proven expertise in quantitative analysis, warehouse leadership, equipment and fleet management, DOT, FDA and OSHA compliance, labor planning and management, operational capacity, FTL and LTL shipping, JIT service models, small parcel shipping, and the end-to-end customer experience. He also possesses experience in part slotting, LEAN manufacturing principles, inventory control, and six-sigma methodology. Ryan has a B.A. in Marketing from Bethel University, and also completed his MBA in 2018. A highlight for Ryan was a relocation to Salt Lake City for 4 years, where he supported shipping and fulfillment activities for a leading bed manufacturer for the Western United States. Most recently, Ryan managed a distribution center in the Twin Cities that serviced a six-state area, and with gross sales of more than $350M. Over the course of his eighteen-year career, he has provided outstanding front-line management and execution, and was a dynamic customer facing operations leader, capable of connecting customer ideas with operational capabilities. As a DC Manager, he utilized his leadership skills to not only provide sound guidance for daily plant operations, but to also drive a continuous improvement culture, with a strong emphasis on teammate engagement and customer success. Outside of work, Ryan spends most of his spare time with his wife and two young girls. He enjoys family activities such as fishing, boating, camping, and biking. He has a newfound talent in toy assembly, and enjoys teaching his girls how to ride bikes, scooters, dribble a basketball, kick a soccer ball, and throw a baseball. He is a fan of anything Minnesota, enjoys volunteering at his church, and is an avid Minnesota United FC, Twins and Vikings fan. Although, his new favorite passion is cheering on his girls in their gymnastics, swimming, and soccer activities.
