Clark Becker, a Dayton native, joins us from a regional accounting firm (Barnes Dennig), where he advised on lower-market strategic acquisitions and family-business transactions. Previous to this, he interned at a Cincinnati investment bank (ArkMalibu) supporting industrial M&A transactions and market research. Clark Becker learned the ropes as part of a local family business, Becker Electric Supply. Clark grew up in the business and assisted in its sale last year and is looking forward to sharing what he’s learned over the years about succession planning, strategic planning, business development and family business. Previous to his career in M&A and business brokerage, Clark obtained his Master’s degree in economics and worked for a global manufacturing company in France. An alum of Alter High School, Clark enjoys cycling, kayaking, traveling, history, and reading.
